Your test-call session
Before you go live, you can ask for a test-call session. We call your agent with the questions your customers really ask, send you the transcripts, and tune anything that needs it. It is optional and part of your setup.
You stay in control
You can pause your agent any time from your dashboard, and calls go straight to your own number. Resume it when you are ready. You can change your hours, services and answers whenever you like.
